The State Planning Commission is the central body of the Government to coordinate between Syrian institutions and bilateral and multilateral donors. We have regular consultations and Government negotiations with all major donor institutions. In order to assist your Ministry to identify a suitable donor institution to support your project, please provide the concept of your project according to the structure given below. The expected volume of the request is between 3 and 7 pages. The more precise your information is the easier it will be to find a donor quickly.
